Changing Rooms

At Fitness for Ladies we understand that our customers need space and comfort not only on the gym floor, but also in the changing rooms.
Our changing room is equipped with individual locking lockers, with enough space to fit all your clothes and bags.
Hair driers, additional plugs, shelving and mirrors are provided for your convenience. We also have shower rooms, so that after a hard workout, you can freshen up and relax under a warm shower, if you need to.
