Fitness for Ladies is a unique Women only gym. We understand that us Women are built differently than Men. We also have different goals and requirements, so when we opened the Fitness for ladies Gym we had that in mind.

Whether you are looking to improve your health, lose weight, increase your energy levels or look and feel great, our exclusive Women only gym will help you do just that.

We are a family run friendly gym and our goal is to meet your personal requirements. As a busy 21st century woman we know you have a lot to deal with, from a hard day’s work to household responsibilities, we do it all. That’s why Fitness for ladies is here to help you stay fit, release your stress and unwind after a difficult day and so much more.

Our gym facilities feature the latest equipment, including Power Plates and Resistance machines for a full body workout. Our classes include all time classics such as Body Attack, Body Pump and Circuit.

We guarantee to support you every step of the way if you need us to. Our staff are always happy to provide you with advice and if you require extra guidance and support, our Personal trainer will gladly create an individual program for you to follow and will support you with nutrition advice.
