Our Classes

At Fitness for Ladies you can benefit from Fitness classes.

All our classes are complementary for all members only. Classes are open to non members for a surcharge of £6 per class. No registration required, but advisable as spaces are limited. Payment will be taken at the gym before the class.

Dance Fit

Every Tuesday morning join us for a high power, high energy aerobics workout will make you lose unwanted weight in no time. It’s a fun dynamic workout, so you are guaranteed not to get bored. Looking to shake your body and get lean, then this is a workout for you!

LBT

Every Wednesday this class looks at your problem areas, helping you to improve your body shape. As women we all know how great it is to have great legs, a tasty bum and a flat tummy, well here is your chance. Join the LBT class to shape up your legs bum and tummy.

Body Tone

Every Saturday join us for an all over workout that will empower you to get more out of your life. Uncover the energy in yourself. Reach your potential. Develop your muscles to be healthier than ever before.

Workout tips

  • Come to class with an open mind and be ready to sweat, move, and shake your body.
  • Dress comfortably, as you will be moving around and you don’t want to feel restrained
  • Stretch your body properly. Most of our classes are a full body workouts, so stretching is important, you want to enjoy it and not hurt yourself.
  • Take a drink with you. You will feel dehydrated, so it is important to drink plenty of fluid.
  • Have fun! It is truly a fun way of exercising.

Most of our classes are usually 1 hour long, they will include a dynamic warm-up and cool down with some great cardio and strength building elements. Some benefits of joining a class are listed below:
